Reed Miller is the Owner and Senior Advisor at Northern Colorado Insurance Agency. Reed has over 12 years experience working with companies between 10 and 1000 employees. He understands the pressure insurance and benefit costs have on small to mid-market employers and is providing cost mitigation solutions to ease his clients’ financial burden from these plans while increasing the benefit available to their employees.Reed advocates for increased transparency and accountability within the healthcare and health insurance industries which leads to higher quality health outcomes and lower out of pocket costs for members. Reed always puts the customer’s needs first which ultimately led him on a journey to own Northern Colorado Insurance Agency where our financial goals are aligned with our clients. Everything we do is for the benefit of our clients, their employees and the common good of our community.
Reed is born and raised in Northern Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University’s College of Business with a Finance degree. He is a recipient of the Biz West 40 under Forty in 2023 and volunteers his time with Northern Colorado United for Youth to raise money for disadvantaged youth in Weld and Larimer counties where he currently serves as President. United for Youth donates over $300,000 annually to local children's charities.
He is married and has two young boys.
